If you are in search of an extremely reliable and trustworthy bike shop then I advise you to try Park Bikes. Over the past few years I have been taking my bike to be serviced or for a general check-up.

They have a very competent team and are obliging to share their expertise, whether it be a problem you have with your bike or providing assistance in choosing the right bike for you (both children and adults) and, even tips on how and where to ride your bike safely. The crew are amazing to deal with.Ben has been fantastic when I bought my Cervelo R5 from him. No pressure sales. Ben took his time to take me through the bike and got me the best price.

I was lucky enough to buy a Trek Madone from the team at Park Bikes. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish.

Nash and Pat, both extremely knowledgable and passionate, were able to answer any of my questions and get me on the bike I wanted. They kept in constant communication with me around the delivery and then the build.

The bike is hot and the service outstanding. They whole shop has stood by me throughout the entire process and continue to today as we make tiny adjustments to the fit. There is no job too big or too small for the team at Park Bikes, who are always so accomodating to help me stay on the road.

Was recommended Park Bikes to purchase my Cervelo. With limited supply from cervelo, the whole team at Park Bikes were amazing to deal with. Providing updates and options along the way which made me feel like I had options while waiting for my bike to arrive in the country.
